The company provides optimal designs to initiate the construction phase of the project. These designs encompass the allocation of appropriate space for mechanical systems, the integration of professional lighting fixtures and equipment, and the inclusion of audiovisual (AV) systems. We conduct consultative workshops with the client to define operational requirements—carefully considering visitor sightlines—to ensure that the needs of various spaces, including the school theater, are fully met. Following this, we submit a comprehensive set of engineering designs; once approved and authorized by the client, we proceed to develop the detailed execution drawings in preparation for construction, with a particular focus on soundproofing to enhance the quality of presentations and performances.
